Music Topic Explorer

Music Topic Explorer asks whether people can see musical structure, not only hear it. The project combines a curated audio dataset, feature engineering, representation learning, and spatial interaction.

• 692 annotated theme-and-variations recordings.
• More than 7,400 verified audio segments.
• Handcrafted audio features combined with MERT embeddings.
• An interactive 3D explorer for browsing similarity between musical variations.
